iii. Problem statement

Many people struggle to maintain consistent fitness routines due to limitations with current fitness tools and resources. These limitations can be:

  • Fragmented data: Information on progress and health metrics is scattered across multiple apps and devices, making it difficult to get a holistic view.

  • Information overload: Constant notifications and updates can be distracting and overwhelming.

  • Lack of personalized guidance: Generic recommendations don't cater to individual needs and goals, leading to discouragement.

iv. Objective

FitLink aims to address these challenges and empower users to achieve their fitness goals by providing:

  • Centralized tracking platform: A unified hub for all fitness data, offering a comprehensive picture of progress and health.

  • Customizable notifications: A notification system that allows users to prioritize and filter alerts based on their needs.

  • Battery life optimization: Features and integrations that ensure fitness trackers last throughout the day.

  • Personalized fitness guidance: Personalized recommendations and motivational content based on user data and preferences.
